Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this website, you may notify our copyright agent by providing the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

How to Submit a Notice

Please send your DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent via our Contact Form with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request".

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

Fair Use

Before submitting a DMCA notice, please consider whether the use of copyrighted material falls under fair use. Fair use is a legal doctrine that permits limited use of copyrighted material without acquiring permission from the rights holders.

Misrepresentation

Processing Time
